Adam Queen (Project Consultant) came to our home a few times with samples to look at and helped us make a decision on flooring. We decided with the whole main floor to get hardwood floors. Our house was custom built in the 1980s...Tae and his team of installers were exceptional in talking to us and answered all questions about this project before starting. They took up all the old flooring, removed old carpet, old slate, and laminate, carefully moved furniture including a piano and huge entertainment center, installed the new hardwood floors, put back all furniture, and cleaned up. Adam called to setup a visit to come and look at our house to see how it turned out. He was amazed when he saw our house and how good it looked. He also went over the care directions and maintenance. Vertical connection is an outstanding company that takes care of all the details from selection, questions, phone calls, email updates, installation, excellent workers, and follow up on their services. I have given them 1 referral so far and will recommend more. Highly recommend them for flooring projects.
