My lovely vertical blinds were installed today. Everything went well. From my initial phone call of inquiry, to the sales visit (Mike) to the installer (Abbas), all of my expectations were met or exceeded. Scheduling the initial visit, choosing the right product, getting the info on zero interest financing options and doing the paperwork was all easy. I knew they paid attention to details when I made a change in the direction of which ways one set of blinds would slide. Mike noticed the difference between what I initially told him and what I decided and approved with Abbas. Mike called me to verify the change. If you are a very lucky customer, you'll be assigned Abbas as an installer. He shared great insights about where the blinds should be mounted and how long they should be on each window. I was not certain of what I wanted, and I appreciated both Mike and Abbas gently talking me through options until I made a decision. Abbas was great at the installation. He was quick and methodical. He was polite enough to chat with me but his hands never stopped moving. He cleaned up every scrap of trash. He exudes caring and respect. He lights up when he talks about how much he loves his family. I'm sure I could have bought quality blinds elsewhere.
