With this being my first flooring install, Steve walked me through everything. He covered pros and cons of the different types of flooring with the level of foot traffic and concerns I shared. He was patient and understanding of my concerns and never once showed any indication of impatience with my plethora of questions. Honestly, he was one of the best sales associates within their genre, thay I've had the pleasure of speaking with. The installation crew was also top notch! If Steve was any indication of what to expect, they did not disappoint. From start to finish, they were polite, answered questions, kept me abreast of where they were in the process, worked like a well-oiled machine, each member doing their part to get the work done. I was overly happy that they didn't run into any issues and were able to complete the job with ease and efficiency. The young men were extremely polite and professional. The finished product is amazing! I couldn't be happier with my new floors. I will definitely return to The Vertical Connection for future projects!
