Dalton Carpet One Hosts Teacher Appreciation Event

Dalton Carpet One Floor & Home hosted their annual Teacher Appreciation Event on July 21 and July 22 at their showrooms in Athens and Lake Oconee, Georgia showrooms. During their afternoon hours on both days, they gave away cut carpets and school supplies to local teachers for their classrooms. Anyone with a valid Georgia teacher ID was able to receive these items. All school supplies were provided in partnership with Certified Clean Care and More than Blinds.

Alongside the school supplies, Dalton Carpet One hosted a giveaway for teachers to win an area rug and a set of pillows for their own home.

This isn’t the first time that Dalton Carpet One has rallied behind its local teachers. They’ve been hosting an annual Teacher Appreciation Event since 2019. Other community efforts of theirs include donations to Habitat for Humanity, Extra Special People, the Tunnels to Towers Foundation, Toys for Tots, and Project Safe.
