I cannot thank you enough for the caring, personal attention we received from the three of you when we undertook the daunting task of re-carpeting our home. Admittedly, I was skeptical of whether or not I would get the pricing I was hoping for from a specialty store such as yours. Two trips to the local cold, cavernous warehouse-sized stores that offered everything from packing tape to plaster board, aisle after aisle, told me that getting the cheapest carpet for my money would also give me similar service and attention. From the first half hour (of many!) my fiancée and I met with you at your store in Columbia, we realized what a smart decision we made in coming to your store, and that you were in fact just as affordable as the big guys. We knew that this was going to be a major expense, and that we would be living with our selections for several years to come, so I was a little overwhelmed. We did not want to make those selections quickly, under pressure or from a limited selection. You treated us as if our purchase and our satisfaction were important to you, and we knew you would stand by your product. I’m grateful for the free design service you provided and now that everything is finished it all flows so beautifully from room to room. I think I have forgotten what that tired old carpeting your installers removed looked like! And also many thanks to those installers. They removed the old carpeting in such a professional manner that there was not a speck of damage to the freshly painted walls.
